The flat is captured with a LiDAR iPhone in the Scaniverse app, and the scan is processed on the phone. Room stores it and shows it.
Tours open in Safari on iPhone — agents’ clients mostly look at them on their phones.

For now the catalogue holds a demo property — testing on real flats is still ahead.
